DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Acura Sales Manager’s role is to direct all activities related to the sale of used vehicles to achieve vehicle sales volume and profit objectives. These activities include the procurement (wholesale), preparation and retail sale of vehicles as described and commensurate with brand standards. The actions of his/her responsibilities must ensure that each customer is treated as an individual, with care and respect. Responsibility also includes management of the Pre-owned vehicle program associated with manufacturer's brand. The Acura Sales Manager completes these tasks personally and/or through subordinates. These responsibilities include:

Experience in the Automobile Industry. Description includes but not limited to - Demonstrates self-assurance, self-confidence and a strong desire to work in a demanding but rewarding atmosphere. Has a stong aptitude for logical thinking, including detailed problem solving skills. Desires to build long-lasting and trusting customer relationships. Owns a inherent affinity towards automobiles. Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the sales department. Attends product and Service training courses as requested by Dealer Principle and District Sales Manager for franchises.
