Client Service Manager

Excellent Opportunity for an Energetic Sales Professional with Local Environmental Economic Development Experience!

 

Experience working with SC State Port Authority and/or Army Corp of Engineers a big plus!

 

The Client Service Manager's key responsibility is business development in Charleston. 

Identifying clients/opportunities (i.e. construction, restoration, development, redevelopment, etc...) with a "Green" or LEED slant, and/or an environmental requirement that favors the our company. 

 

Requirements:

BS/BA degree plus experience in Business Development

 

Experience with the following preferred, but not required:

Experience with Green Real Estate Transactions

Military background

LEED certification a Definite Plus!
