IT Help Desk--IMMEDIATE!

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN!!

Must have great interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be effective in problem definition/solving—both hardware and software.

Requirements:

2 yr degree in Computer Science, or other related

OR 3 yrs experience in IT Support/Computer Systems

Experience in multi-platform environments

Skills/Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Windows 95/98, Windows XP, NT, and 2000, MS Office Products, Novell GroupWise, and Norton Anti-Virus.

Dell, Mac, and HP hardware and desktop integration.

Voicemail, pager, phone set-up/programming.

M-F, 8a-5p
Compensation varies based on experience.  $15-$17/hr
